October 14, Moscow City Court, another hearing in the case between the certain company Aeroflot and Artemy Lebedev. The Moscow City Court is verifying the legality of the previous decision on the case made by the Meschansky District Court of the city of Moscow. Meshchansky District Court of Moscow partially satisfied the claim of Aeroflot: to compel Artemy Lebedev to remove the text comment “Such whores...” placed near the logo of the company.
Representatives of the studio are going to appeal this decision to the Moscow City Court.
