Stellar Display typeface
The strict Stellar Display typeface combines clarity and boldness, the classic and the modern. Thanks to the bright contrast of thin and bold strokes, it attracts attention and adds expressiveness to any composition.
Grotesques are the most universal and most popular group of typefaces in typography. Letters in these types have simple and clear shapes. A contrast grotesque uses a classic base, adding a little eccentricity and unpredictability to it. This typeface is ideal for avant-garde projects.
The word “Display” in the name means that the typeface is designed specifically for typesetting in large size and placing text on large-format media.
Stellar Display is ideal for posters, promotional materials and bold design projects. It looks great on screen and in printed materials.
Straight and italic lettering in different levels of saturation from light to super bold provide complete freedom to solve all project tasks and create memorable images.
Stars
When developing the italic style, we applied a solution that is not typical for grotesques. The lowercase letters are not just slanted; they were created with reference to handwritten versions and are suitable for use as a separate family.
Space
Thanks to the fact that the character set features expanded Latin, Cyrillic and Bulgarian sets, Stellar Display becomes an indispensable tool for creating a stylish and memorable multilingual design.
Contrast in the typeface grows along with saturation.
The slope of the italics is an extreme 20 degrees.
Apexes in the face are as sharp as possible.
Triangular italic letters have straight stems.
Character apertures are the classic closed ones.
Stylish alternatives of some symbols are provided to add life to the set.
The low height of lowercase letters emphasizes the display nature of the typeface.
Stellar Display contains three sets of digits: majuscule, miniscule and tabular. Fractions and digits in circles are a pleasant addition.
