Overview Process
Design for a city electronic clock was developed at the studio for the Department of Fuel and Energy of Moscow. The standard round model Tsiferblatus-1 is designed for installation on lighting poles throughout the city excluding historic districts, parks and pedestrian zones. 
Case diameter is 880 mm (34,6″), thickness is 210 mm (8,3″)

During the day when public lighting is turned off, the clock is powered by a built-in battery. When the street lights turn on, the clock switches to the mains supply and turns on the backlight.
