Since 1950, Tatneft has been engaged in oil and gas extraction and production of gasoline, kerosene, diesel, heavy oil, vacuum gas oil, propane, butane, sulfur and several types of motor oils. The company often buys a variety of materials for its internal needs, organizing tenders and reverse auctions. A bidding portal for construction projects of the company was created at the studio.

Key purchase and sale data is presented in a table. To avoid going through heaps of information, users can choose specific categories of goods they are interested in. The table can be displayed on any page of the portal.
The main page allows monitoring the price changes for selected items. The prices are updated upon successful trades and are added to the calendar. Color coding makes following changes easier: green color means that the price has increased or has not changed, while red means it has dropped.
Bidding is carried out in four stages: the organizer creates an invitation to bid, participants see all open invitations and make their bids. The notification system keeps participants updated during all stages of the process, including when bidding conditions or prices change.
The interface clearly displays all stages from creating an invitation to a reverse auction
Bids made by companies in closed or reverse auctions are verified by Tatneft security officers. A special section of the portal allows to visually filter the list of bidders. Search results clearly show participants that have not been qualified for bidding yet or those who have been added to a black list.
