The St. Petersburg stand represents the city at MIPIM 2005, an international commercial real estate exhibition. The tilted flat panels installed one meter above the floor play information reels about St. Petersburgs major investment projects. The primary idea of the stand is open space. The columns draped in the photos of clouds create an impression of lightness and openness. Negotiation tables are not screened off from the main exposition, thus emphasizing the idea of the citys transparency. The stand design was ordered by the Investment and Strategic Projects Committee of the St. Petersburg government. |
