Severstal is one of Russia’s largest mining and steel companies. The metal it produced was used in major construction projects across the country: the Russky Bridge in Vladivostok, the Lakhta Center tower in Saint Petersburg, Gazprom Arena and Otkrytie Arena soccer stadiums and many others. Focus on job openings
To ensure quick and easy access to job openings, we placed them in a special side panel that is shown on every page of the website.
If necessary, the panel can be expanded to prevent anything from distracting you in your search for your dream job.
When a candidate opens a job posting page, the search results in the side panel are saved allowing to quickly switch between similar jobs.
Additional materials
Severstal has accumulated a lot of diverse content about working at the company: articles, photos, audio recordings, video clips. It is important, on the one hand, to gather all these materials into a single system, and on the other, to present them to candidates in an interesting way. To that end, the links are displayed as teaser cards.
Each type of content has its own format of the card. Depending on the number of materials in blocks, cards can have different size and shape so that every set always look attractive and interesting.
To ensure nothing distracts visitors from their main goal—responding to a job opening—all extra content opens on top of main pages.
