Concept of a personal financial manager for the Sberbank Online app
Sberbank is launching the Financial Health analytical service, which aims to improve the financial literacy of users of the Sberbank Online app and cultivate a mindful attitude towards spending, savings, investments and insurance.
We have created a mascot named Fin. This is a personal assistant, mentor and simply a cute character, whose job is to make sure that the debit matches the credit.
Tasks
The system is based on tasks for the user, which, when completed, make Fin happy.
There’s nothing complicated here: these are simple actions presented in a gamified format.
The tasks are grouped into themed categories, forming a full-fledged learning course to improve a specific aspect of financial health.
To make the habit-forming process more engaging (which is not easy), the interface is specifically designed to encourage interaction at every step.
