To begin with, we thoroughly analyzed the area, identified “fast” and “slow” zones and carefully planned the numbering and naming of areas and objects.
The resulting typology of signs helped determine where and what type of signage is needed. Each sign has its own characteristics: what visitor issue it addresses, what question it answers and where it should be located.
Visitors are guided by clear prompts from the entrance to the facility all the way to the doctor’s office.
Arrows and pictograms complement the signs, helping people quickly understand directions and locate objects. This allows for more efficient management of patient flow.
