to create a logo for a country with vast history.
Instead of matryoshka, babushka and balalaika, Russia now has a modern tourist logo that combines the universally recognizable shape of the domes of St. Basil’s Cathedral, the English name of the country and an invitation to visit.

The tourist logo exists in full-color, two-color, monochrome and volumetric versions for use in a wide variety of traditional and unexpected souvenir products.
The logo was declared the winner of the Russia tourist logo and slogan contest held by the Federal Agency for Tourism.
