RN Bank offers only one service: issues auto loans for purchasing Renault-Nissan cars. However, there is a problem with auto loans: the joy of the purchase eventually comes to an end, the car becomes plain and boring yet the payments still have to be made.
A mobile application that reduces the borrower’s stress and turns the process of paying off a loan into a game was developed at the studio.
Informative control panel
The aim of the application is to make the user’s life simple, so all important information is shown on a single screen in VERY LARGE typeface.
The account balance and upcoming payments are shown in the top and center parts of the screen. Alerts about the current state of the loan come up from the bottom. A universal set of icons was created for various notification types.
Rewards system
On the day of another loan payment many people put on a special kind of face full of discreet desperation. They are immersed in gloomy thoughts: they are already enjoying the car, there’s still a lot of payments to make and it seems they’re not getting anything in return.
We came up with a rewards system, just like in a computer game. For each timely payment the user gets an achievement badge. More badges mean a better-looking app screen and a higher user’s self-esteem. One glance at the screen is enough to see who is the responsible citizen, pride of his country and his mom.
Quick payment
The payment system is optimized to the maximum. The application is connected to the user’s bank card (bank information is only entered once) and the money is automatically withdrawn each month. If the balance is not sufficient, the user gets a gentle reminder to make a deposit.
The map displays a list of offices accepting cash payments.
Convenient payment schedule
Previous and future payments are shown in a single schedule in the My Loans section. Each payment made is marked by the achievement badge and each future payment has an empty frame for the next reward next to it.
