Task:
to reroute a line.
The monument to the twelfth chair from the book by Ilya Ilf and Evgeny Petrov was unveiled in Odessa on April 1, 1999. Tourists enjoy sitting on the chair and line up to take a photo with it, often creating long lines and causing inconvenience for other pedestrians. An elegant solution, a guide line in the form of a marine rope, was implemented to organize pedestrian traffic.
Distance is marked by comments of typical Odessa flavor
The image helps organize traffic and becomes an interesting city element in its own right.
