For Metallservice, the largest domestic metal market in Russia, we have reimagined the personal account page, transforming it into a convenient and user-friendly tool for interacting with the company and tracking orders.
The order list is displayed in the form of cards. All necessary details are available for review, including status, delivery or pickup location, cost and item list. This makes the information clear to all users, whether they are companies ordering dozens of items or individual buyers.
A dedicated section is provided for companies. To register, simply enter the company’s taxpayer identification number (INN). After a quick internal authentication, full access is granted.
The page of an organization consolidates all relevant information: details, active employees and the financial account. All essential management functions are located in one place, along with a feedback form for prompt assistance.
A key element of the redesign is the division of user paths. A separate account page with its own navigation is created for partner carriers. This makes tracking available and current shipments simpler and more intuitive.
Directly within the shipment card, partners can review information about compensation and route details, as well as assign drivers and vehicles.
