Ectaco is involved in linguistic research and produces electronic translators. Today Ectaco’s translators know 20 languages and prove handy to specialists working in various fields. The company’s headquarters is situated in New York. There are 16 regional representations including offices in the US, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic and Russia.

Ectaco electronic translators help people from different countries to communicate, work and study. Students, travelers and businessmen all over the world successfully use them for their purposes. And the devices are constantly modified—new languages are added, vocabulary extended, data exchange facilitated and keypads superseded by voice-activated control.

Art. Lebedev Studio began working on this industrial design project in cooperation with Ectaco in 2002.
