Moscow is full to the brim with real estate outdoor advertising: reading slogans about “premium premium” is no longer anyone’s cup of tea. The Hide Out residential complex decided to break through this noise by engaging in an open dialogue with skeptics and we figured out how to skillfully present it.
The seemingly classic visual presentation of standard real estate advertising is disrupted by a glitch with a questioning message, expressing unequivocal negative attitude towards familiar patterns.
As soon as the screen restores, the response from the developer refers to one of the advantages of the residential complex, such as an entire floor of infrastructure for the residents—a glass “bridge” between the towers at the 22nd floor level.
