Task: to design a cover for a book about motivating a team for success.
Kevin Murray is a brilliant manager with a talent for writing who looks at charisma as a set of skills that anyone can acquire. As it turns out, charismatic leadership consists of distinct components: friendliness, personal strength, empathy, persuasion and many others. To dispel the special effects about the ephemeral notion of “charisma,” the author explains how to develop these and other qualities of a charismatic leader.
A casual surfer on the cover emphasizes the power of charisma over all things: he is such an attractive leader that the fish jump out of the water to follow him while seagulls circle around in the air.
